Finals & Pedernales Falls

I don't know about y'all... but for some reason finals just makes me crave junk food!
Maybe its the all nighters, coffee addictions, or studying itself, but it makes
 it so hard to stay on track. Luckily Sunday I had free time to plan all of my
weekly breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and snacks to motivate me!


2 Egg Whites/Blueberries:
40 Calories
1/4c Oatmeal w/ Chia&Salba Seeds:
138 Calories
Fajita Chicken Salad:
157 Calories
Catfish & Brussels Sprouts:
199 Calories
Also this weekend my boyfriend &I went to Pedernales Falls to have a nice hike!
It was so pretty, and so much fun! Braxton loved it too!
Even had a cute rock wall where everyone carved in their initials!
 (Of course we had to too!)

TIU Update!

Keeping up with all of my TIU workouts & fitting in my booty calls!
Even staying on track with my 30 day squat & crunch challenge!
& of course Sunday Runday!
2 more days until it is officially summer!! Is anyone else as excited as me?!

Tone It up Team!

Sadly.. it's been waay too long since I have been able to post. Honestly, as my last full semester of college is dwindling down, I can't seem to catch a break. Thankfully summer is right around the corner!!! Which.. also is quite unnerving which leads me to the topic of today's post.. TONE IT UP! I hope all of y'all have had the chance to check out Karena & Katrina's tone it up program, it is seriously awesome!! Check it out at Tone It Up !!
Are they not so cute?! Not to mention their workouts are great & have such awesome recipes! Here are just a few pictures so far from my tone it up journey.

Finally got the chance today to go by Sprouts, hate that we don't have one in our city! Got some more delicious Zico, yummy Kind bars & different flavors of Vega One (finally changing for my normal chocolate!)
Unfortunately getting back to cramming for finals, but more posts coming this week!
